Our second day of collaboration was once again a great learning experience. The focus was on processes for meetings and conflict along with roles within a team.
We were able to watch a data team work through a five step process of looking at student data throughout the school year.

South Dakota Incentives Plus is a grant from the U.S. Department of Education received by the state of South Dakota. The state DOE has partnered with TIE to serve teachers and students in 10, mostly rural, school districts across the state. The grant supports pay incentives for individual effectiveness, professional learning communities and leadership development.
